RoboCADer Pro — Client Service Terms

Version v1 · 20 August 2026 · Between InChi Solutions Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAFCI9487D1Z2, Bengaluru, Karnataka — "RoboCADer") and the registering client ("the Client").

  1. Service. RoboCADer provides managed deployment of verified industrial professionals: matching, verification, contracting, timesheets, invoicing and payment handling. Professionals are engaged by RoboCADer and deployed to the Client — they are not the Client's employees or contractors.
  2. Anonymised introductions. Professionals are presented by RoboCADer Passport ID and verified skills. The Client agrees not to attempt to identify, contact or solicit a professional outside the platform before an assignment is confirmed.
  3. Non-circumvention. For the duration of any engagement and twelve (12) months after the last one, the Client shall not directly or indirectly engage, employ or contract any professional introduced through RoboCADer, except through RoboCADer. This includes making an arrangement directly with a professional and cancelling or bypassing the platform booking. Breach makes payable, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to ninety (90) days of that professional's client billing rate.
  4. Rates and invoicing. The Client pays the day rate it states when posting a requirement, plus applicable GST, against RoboCADer's tax invoice raised from approved timesheets. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
  5. Cancellation. Confirmed assignments cancelled by the Client are governed by RoboCADer's cancellation policy in force at the time of booking (charges scale with how close to the start date the cancellation happens). Posting requirements with no genuine intent to engage is a breach of these terms.
  6. Site obligations. The Client provides a safe working environment compliant with the Factories Act and applicable safety law, statutory site access, and the cooperation reasonably needed for the professional to perform. Serious incidents must be reported to RoboCADer immediately.
  7. Insurance. RoboCADer maintains group personal-accident cover for its professionals during an active assignment. This does not relieve the Client of any statutory cover or safety obligation owed to persons at its premises. Professionals are independent consultants engaged by RoboCADer — the Client is not responsible for their ESI/EPF, and must not treat them as its own employees.
  8. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. Commercial terms between RoboCADer and its professionals are RoboCADer's confidential information.
  9. Data. Client data is processed per applicable Indian law (including the DPDP Act). RoboCADer is the verified source of record for platform activity.
  10. Liability. RoboCADer's aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the Client for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  11. Term and law. These terms apply from acceptance at registration until terminated by either party with written notice (surviving clauses 3, 7 and 9). Governed by Indian law; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
