RoboCADer Pro — Professional Terms & Confidentiality Agreement

Version tech-v1 · 20 August 2026 · Between InChi Solutions Private Limited (Bengaluru, Karnataka — "RoboCADer") and the registering professional ("the Professional").

  1. Relationship. The Professional is an independent consultant engaged by RoboCADer per assignment and deployed to client sites. Nothing here creates employment with RoboCADer or with any client.
  2. Truthful passport. Skills, levels, experience, work history and references declared on the Skill Passport must be true. False claims, impersonation during tests, or forged documents lead to deactivation and forfeiture of pending assignments.
  3. Non-circumvention. For the duration of any assignment and twelve (12) months after the last one, the Professional shall not directly or indirectly accept work from, or contract with, any client introduced through RoboCADer, except through RoboCADer. Making a side arrangement with a client and cancelling or bypassing the platform booking is a breach.
  4. Confidentiality (NDA). The Professional keeps confidential: (a) everything seen or learned at a client site — processes, drawings, programs, parameters, production data; (b) RoboCADer's commercial terms, including payout rates; (c) client identities in connection with anonymised introductions. This survives for three (3) years after the last assignment. Site data may never be copied, photographed or taken away except as the client instructs in writing.
  5. Conduct on site. Follow the client's safety rules and lawful instructions, keep attendance honestly (timesheets are the basis of pay), report incidents immediately, and do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  6. Payment. RoboCADer pays the payout rate agreed at acceptance, against approved timesheets, less applicable TDS (Section 194C/194J as notified), per payment advice. The Professional never bills the client directly. As an independent consultant, the Professional is not a workman or employee of RoboCADer or the Client and is not entitled to ESI, EPF, gratuity or other employment benefits; the Professional is responsible for their own statutory filings on the consulting income.
  7. Insurance. RoboCADer maintains group personal-accident cover for professionals for the duration of an active assignment; details and sums insured are as notified at deployment. The Professional confirms they are medically fit for the work accepted and will use the personal protective equipment the site requires. This cover does not replace any statutory cover the Client is obliged to provide at its premises.
  8. Verification consent. The Professional consents to verification: skill tests with camera photos (visible only to RoboCADer administrators), reference checks with the persons they name, and — at offer stage — identity and document verification as required by law and clients.
  9. Cancellation. Withdrawing from a confirmed assignment without a genuine emergency affects the reliability score and may incur charges per the cancellation policy in force at booking.
  10. Data. Personal data (including the emergency contact and proctoring photos) is processed under applicable Indian law (DPDP Act) for the purposes stated at collection, and never shown to clients.
  11. Term and law. These terms apply from acceptance at registration until terminated by either party with written notice (surviving clauses 3 and 4). Governed by Indian law; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
